The way he was crying in the postgame interview, it seems like he might.

Seeing him breakdown in tears after a single post-game question about his future, have to think he's hanging it up.
Hard not to love the guy - he's been one hell of a competitor for a long long time. I really think he's made up his mind based on his reaction a few moments ago.
Here's to you, Brett Fav.......re

From the way his post-game comments are sounding (he's pretty choked up), looks like it's almost definite that this was his last season.
Congratulations on an amazing career. What a stand up person and athlete all around. Look forward to seeing your bust in Canton in the near future.

i have a feeling hes gonna come back.. close to the touchdown record and most wins by qb.. and this team could be in the running for the nfc north title next year

I have never seen him that emotional before, I would not be suprised if this was his last game.

He will be back. He has said that no matter which decision he makes there will be doubt. He isn't 100% sold on what he will do.. I think that is why we see this emotional side. Now, he must make the difficult decision.

Well, if that was indeed his last game, he went out in style.
I think he'll be back next season, though.

wow, that emotional thing was pretty sad...I like Farve and I want him to come back for one more here. It's not like the packers will ever do anything w/o him.

And so the drama begins yet again...attention whore.

Again???????
He's been finished more times than Michael Jordan, Deion Sanders, and Magic Johnson combined.
I think he just likes the spectacle of it. He calls multiple press conferences every offseason just to inform everyone of his decision. I'm really surprised people aren't tired of him like they are with TO.
This is at least the 4th season in a row that he has decided to retire, or maybe not.

Wow, I'm surprised. He had a very good season and said he sees much potential with the club. Another season like last year and I wouldn't question his retirement.
Perhaps leaving now allows him to feel he's still going out while he has game!
I always liked him, but I hope he doesn't put GB through what he did last off season.

I'm sick of Brett Favre too. After the garbage he pulled last year and keeping the Packers hanging for as long as he did.
The Packers need to move on and commit to Aaron Rogers and see what the kid can do since they've invested so much in him.
Favre's time is over, so while he struggles to come to grips with it, the Packers need to worry about themselves and what's best for their football team and not for their past his prime QB.

There arent too many players that dont have a Redskins emblem on their helmet that enjoy watching. Bret Favre is one of them. I hope he comes back because hes good for the game.

Someone in the Packers front office needs to grow a pair and demand that Favre make up his mind before the start of free-agency and the draft.

Favre should be making the decision in the next couple weeks: http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/recap?gid=20061231003
"Favre said he would discuss retirement with his family and make his announcement soon -- 'probably within the next couple of weeks.' For now, the only certainty is he's scheduled for ankle surgery Monday in Green Bay."
so quit bitching and moaning about him. who really thinks he's doing this for the attention, seriously?

good, Tiki and Favre done. Too bad we'll see both of their mugs in broadcasting even more often now.
I know Aaron Rodgers is really not that great (or hasn't shown it at least), but I'm sure there has to be some Packers fans who know it's for the best.

If I was a Green Bay Packers fan... I'd want him to come back purely to break the TD and qb win record. I'd take another losing season just to see him pull those two things off.
BRETT!! Come back. One more year. Go out with style, my man!!
