...quote after the Clippers game:

"We have good veterans in the locker room and our core guys understand that we have a good thing going, so let's keep it going," Jordan said.

Now all he has to do is call someone "super-smart".

We actually have a core group of guys. Not to mention Jordan is a better Head Coach than Gibbs right now. And the Wiz personel man is 100000000000000x better than the Skins circus. And and well I could go on and on for hours. :)

So sad but true. Man honestly look what a good GM can bring.. Arenas to the Wiz. Butler for KWAME BROWN. Ovechekin as a Cap. Semin as a Cap. Development of young talent and a good GM is what is making these teams fun to watch, and solid teams year in and out (more the wiz than the caps, but the caps started off well, we'll see if they can keep it going later.)

EJ has a loooong ways to go before he can be mentioned in the same breath with Joe Gibbs as far as x's and o's. However, it is safe to say he is the coach of a much more organized organization from top to bottom.

It's been a VERY long time since I've been this excited about the Wizards. Remember, that you had Wes Unseld calling the shots as GM for a long time with disastrous results. Amazing what competency in the front office can do. I hope the Redskins don't take 20 years to realize the need for a REAL talent evaluator.
