OJ Mayo incident that is. I saw the video and that was a classic Vlade Divac flop. You be the judge.

Tough to comment on the legitimacy of the T's, since we can't hear what was said, and we don't have a complete picture of how much stuff was going on leading up to this. The ref did seem to flop, which if true is very, very unprofessional. Players get assessed technicals for flopping. Not sure what the punishment should be for a ref who does so.
Another video - http://youtube.com/watch?v=qkt4YdLdXjM - shows more of what provoked Mayo. On the dunk, he sort of got undercut, [at 28-29 seconds] then as he's going back down court, a guy throws an elbow at him [35-39 seconds].

Did the ref say he was pushed? Because it's possible he was tripped up.
BTW, what a terrible article. If it hadn't included the video I wouldn't know what the guy was talking about since this is the first time I've heard of the incident.
EDIT: After seeing the second video, the ref definitely flopped. Either that or he has the physical strength of a little girl. I understand Mayo probably outweighs him by maybe 30 pounds, but that fall was ridiculous. Also, the second technical was ridiculous unless there's some rule about not walking in between refs.
