I caught some of the celebrity game and found it pretty boring. Am kind of interested in the rookie/sophomore game as Mike O'koren is coaching the rookies. Also will be interested in watching Gil in the 3pt shootout.

It WOULD be good if the right people participated.....
Anyway, the judges this year are some the best dunkers ever and each have won a contest, so they won't mess around in judging. This year could be great.
Sticksboi05
February-17th-2007, 08:04 PM
YES!!!!! The "Nate Robinson" rule is enacted. Two minutes to attempt a dunk, then 2 tries afterwards.

Agreed. I'm looking forward to that, lol. In the Dunk Contest, I'm rooting for Gerald Green. In the 3-Point Shootout, I'm obviously rooting for Agent Zero.

With the exception of the guy playing Sinatra those were the worse impersanations of the rat pack I have ever seen. That dude playing Sammy D. couldn't sing Sammy was probably the strongest singer.

As long as he doesn't blame Eddie Jordan if he shows poorly.
Seriously, I really look for Gil to fire up the Hibachi tonight. We all know how streaky he is, good and bad. I can't think of a better way for him to come into this thing - in a slump and under the radar. If he comes out and hits 4 of 5 - or runs the rack! - he could go nuclear.
And, yes IMO, it does matter. Gil with a 3-pt title is a better player down the stretch for us than a Gil who had a forgettable performance for the weekend. After all, tonight is the night for him. No way in the world EJ gives him enough minutes in the actual game to have a huge impact...barring unforseen circumstances, i.e. injury, double+ OT, foul trouble, etc.

I can't take it back. It was like three years ago in LA. We met at the airport. I said what the ****, hollered at her, her security was a dick but she was cool, and we got to talking. We hung out a few times and I ended up hitting it. Her ***** and nipples are pierced BTW.

This was way before she got married. A few years ago actually. As I said before. It's cool. Nobody believes me. I should have made a tape or something but I'm not that pressed. And why wouldn't she have sex with me? Just because she can sing? **** that. She was just ok anyway.
Alright back to basketball. I hate to say it but Kobe is in a whole other league then Agent Zero.
The End
February-19th-2007, 12:53 AM
Kobe is in a whole nother league than any other scorer in the NBA. the only play you can say is better than him is Steve Nash, but they are different types of ballers. As far as the one player in the NBA who is absolutly unstoppable from anywhere on the court, its Kobe. Tier 2 consists of dudes like Lebron, Arenas, Dirk, and Ray Allen.

if kobe was in a different league lakers wouldn't have lost 10 of their last 15 games
the best player in the game is duncan and nash
they r not flashy but they make their teammates better

I'm with 909997 that the single game-taker-over in the league is Kobe Bryant. The interesting thing about your reply is that it made me consider today's NBA different than Jordan's era in that we can classify players as
"the best this" or "the best that." When Jordan played, there was one "best."

kobe is the best player in the nba. hands down. without question. no one is as good on both sides of the ball, and no one can singlehandedly take over a game like he can.
