Ticket Renewal Issue

I received my invoice a couple of weeks ago, telling me that payment was due, April 10. Fast-forward to this afternoon. I receive an e-mail from the Redskins saying that payment was due, March 30. Has anyone else had this discrepancy and, if so, what did the ticket office say about it?

I bet the correct date is whatever is on the invoice.

I have clubbers and my e-mail today still said 10 April. Stwasm, obviously the Skins know about your reputation as a rabble-rouser against the FedEx security staff! :D

No offense, but why don't you just pick up the phone and ask someone at the ticket office to clarify? I wouldn't trust anyone else to give me the right answer when your tickets might depend on it.

I didn't see the e-mail until after the office closed and I just wanted to see if there were similar incidents.

I called someone that i worked with when i interned there. He said a few TGC members got the email for GA customers by mistake. Your payment is due April 10th.

So this means that you ARE renewing? After all of those threats not to renew I would be very disappointed it that were the case. ;)

I didn't say that. I just noticed the difference and it made me ask questions. Just the journalist in me. Plus, I really wouldn't be "sticking it to" him, given that someone else would step in pronto! :rolleyes:

I think I remember seeing at least one guy claim his invoice was due March 15th or 20th. They seem to be staggering the due date for some reason. I usually pay mine in person, and last year, on March 30th, the line was through the foyer, out the door, and all the way down to the curb. I came back on April 2nd and paid it. No line. :-)

I put in a request to consolidate my seats (2 pairs), so I'm GUESSING that's why my due date is March 15. I'm also guessing that they emailed everybody with the March 30 date. I did not call the ticket office as I am tired of being given the opportunity to upgrade my seats to the CLUB LEVEL!! :2cents:

Mine also was the 30th. I paid it over the phone with FedEx on Friday with AMEX. 1% rebate, now I can afford a beer!!!!
