If this happened in a less obvious way I could forgive it. Sometimes you write a song and later realize it was like someone else's you may have inadvertantly heard before, I could see how comedy could be the same way. But the evidence in this video shows that not only did Mencia rip off jokes, he knew he was doing it, and he's made a living doing it. Sad really. They are going to have to get rid of him over this eventually. He will get booed off the channel when this becomes wide spread.

I don't know about that. I don't recall seeing any type of promotion or news about Mencia's show before Dave started to have issues with the filming of Season 3. It's almost as if they figured that Dave really was leaving so they needed someone to fill the time slot.
