Do I get a prize if I win?

Its funny, the hardest thing wouldn't be guessing the times, but guessing Bye and what day (although its safe to say the majority of the games will be on sundays).

I don't know how easy the schedule will be Skinsfan07. I think most of the teams on there will be improved quite a bit from last years standings. I see three teams on there that I expect to do a bit less than last year (luckily 2 of them are in the NFC east).

Cheers!

I should note that the last two SNF games I have are due to Flex scheduling, because of playoff implications :)

Besides in today's NFL you never know how team is going to do from one year to the next.

What I like about our schedule this season is that 13 of the 16 games we play are all on the East Coast.

That means the potential for A LOT of 1pm Sunday games (which I prefer). :)

It also means that the Redskins don't have to do a lot of travelling this coming season.

They only have 3 games that take them in the direction of West, with our usual road game to Dallas probably being the furthest. Then one in Green Bay, and one in Minneapolis.

With the exception of the road game to Tampa, all of our road games are pretty much in the Northeast hub. :)

I can guess. Let's see we play the IGGles and the Giants right after their bye weeks. We play the Cowboys after their bye and after they have the extra 3 days of rest after their Thanksgiving game. If we play MNF we probably have a Saturday game against some other team that came off their bye.

Our bye week comes in week 1 or Week 17. We play all division opponents after an away game where we had to come back on Tuesday due to inclemement weather.

Same-o, same-o.

We have an easy schedule this year. Hopefully we take advantage of it and win some games.

How is that easy? We had an 'easy' schedule last year and went 5-11.
We play in the NFC East and we get the Patriots and the Bears (who cares about field adv). I don't know...even the Packers game worries me. Never underestimate Favre or overestimate the Skins. We've been doing that for years with only 1 playoff victory to show for it.

March-28th-2007, 07:23 AM
When you're 5-11, no game is 'easy.'

When other teams look at us on the schedule, they may see an 'easy' game. But we are not there yet.

We have an easy schedule this year. Hopefully we take advantage of it and win some games.

Yeah the Raiders game in 05 and Titans game in 06 were "easy" games as well but we lost. And even though we beat New Orleans in 06, most people would have thought preseason that NO would be an easy team to beat.

There's always a Cinderella team that comes out of nowhere to be a solid team and then there are those games that we think should be an automatic win but the Skins manage to lose that game. It's depressing how many games we "should" and could have won last season.

OK No way Redskins vs TB on ANY Night game. They like to put games on that people WANT to watch and since both teams stunk last year AND Redskins fans are already complaning about playing TB at home again there will be NO CHANCE that it is a MNF game. It will be a Sunday 1:00 game. I will give you week 4 or 5 because by then all of the excitement of football returning will be wearing off and this will be just another one of a bunch of games that nobody cares about.

The schedule works to our favor... Only play back to back road games once (Giants / Pats) both upper east coast. No tough road trips to the west coast. Looks Good to me!!! Seems like when we have a real good season, things swing our way to help a bit...
