In the first one, you cannot read the text, and the main picture is really out of focus, even if you where trying to lighten it or trying to add some kinda lighting effects.

In the second one, Everything runs together, there is nothing definitive. If you want some really good opinions, I can give you a link to a board that specializes in sigs and people give honest, and constructive criticism
