Well, the rule was correctly applied (though 3 innings late), and the CC called someone important, so the Indians don't have much to stand on.

I've bashed Perlozzo harshly in the past. Not as much as you'll see on Orioleshangout or anything, but he lined things up perfectly in the 8th.

This Cabrera guy for the Indians is just mowing us down. He gets in trouble in the 8th, with 2 on and one out. Perlozzo puts in Huff to pinch hit, and force Wedge to bring in Fultz. Why is that important? Because Fultz was going to stay in to face Patterson, the second Lefty...and Patterson ripped a double the day before, and then again today andFultz threw a fat 2, strike pitch and blows the lead.

HOW important is Ramon Hernandez?

Yea, that important, with 4 RBIs, the nail it down 2 run double, the sac fly that never was, then became one! Or the fact that he got us on the board early.

Bedard was dealing all day, and if you look at his whole stat line, hes been really unlucky. He may has the greatest 6 run ERA ever all things considered.That 2 run dinger just carried freakishly. I started to walk to the fridge for a drink assuming that it was a can o corn. Jeez.

The lineup looks like its starting to hit again. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Its nice to win again! I went to the Wizards game so I only got to see the 7th inning on, but i'll take the win! I saw that Bedard struck out 11 but still gave up 4 runs..He still hasn't had a great game yet but we still won and thats all that matters..Lets take the series tomorrow!
