For an 08 first round pick..Thats a pretty good trade for the chargers.

The Chargers would be dumb not to make this move. Backup runningbacks who have shown signs of ability to be a starter haven't usually worked out.

Maybe, but he's only a back up because LT is the starter. Many think he could be a starter in more than half the teams in the NFL.

Mike Williams would be an interesting pickup for the Titans. He would be reunited with his offensive coordinator in college, Norm Chow, and Tennessee does have a need at the WR position.

But who in the world would give up a 1st round pick for him, I think that is just way to much for a guy that has not proven he can carry the load for a full season. Like someone said earlier in this thread if he goes for a 1st round pick what in the world could we get for Betts then???

What's the difference with not picking him over RBs coming out of college who also haven't proven a thing in the NFL? At least MT has shown he can run through NFL defenses. As far as Betts, who knows, wanna find out?
