I dont know why so much is made of this this hit. Yeah he lit him up, but he hit em after the pass was already thrown. In the NFL, that will get you a penalty.

I dont know why so much is made of this this hit. Yeah he lit him up, but he hit em after the pass was already thrown. In the NFL, that will get you a penalty.

I doubt that'd be a penalty since he was still coming down off his throwing motion. The momentum of his sprint justified a hit. The QB was falling backwards, which padded some of the hit...the commentators' calls are just classic.

He looks like he has good hands, doesn't let ball carriers go away from him.. Once his hands on them, they re stuck..
