In my ongoing Spring 2007 Fitness Revival following the end of my 2006 Dont Do **** Cause My Back Hurts Campaign, I want to try out an honest to God diet for the first time since i quit wrestling almost 10 years ago.
I was recommended this diet: http://www.dadamo.com/
It is called The Blood Type Diet. Seems somewhat fad-ish, but I want to give it a shot.
Problem is, i have no idea what my blood-type is. I called the mom-unit, she has no idea either. So, after calling her a bad mother, I figured i'd ask here.
A) Has anyone tried this?, and B) How do i figure out my blood type?

He has some good points about eating certain things overall, but otherwise its a load of crud.
Just eat a balanced diet of lean meat, complex carbs, and veggies (especially green ones).
Make your portion of each the size of your fist. And drink 64 oz of water a day.

I was thinking of doing it BEFORE the Pub Crawl. Make it a cheap day. :)

Also, eat most of your carbs in the morning, none before sleep. Sit up straight with no TV on while you eat either. It takes 10 minutes to feel full(I think), so when people eat until that point, they over eat. Don't worry about your calories so much either. The idea is to retrain your digestive system to process the food your eating correctly and let it do it's job.

Although I do find it funny that the guy who is starting threads about dieting doesn't need advice on eating right.:D
