Good effort...and not a lot to work with. It is almost unbelievable that those were the highlights of his entire season.

You got Brunell highlights coming next?

Seriously, nice vid. Takes a skilled (and patient) man to string together a "No D in" Rogers mix. I sure hope he finally comes into his own this year. In my opinion, success for him will be him establishing himself as our undisputed #1 corner by the end of the year.

I thought he had more deflections than that. I wish he could catch. He's on the verge of big things.

Pretty nice. Im sure there are still some more highlights of him from the season. I don't think i saw his interception in there. And he had a whole bunch of good plays against Carolina.

He can't catch the damn ball.

I'm not worried so much about Rogers, seeing how Smoot will be taking his spot.

And this is a Rogers thread. We have beat to death the D-line. It's out of our hands. We can only go with what we have.

He shouldn't even try for interceptions. He should just bat down anything and everything that comes his way. That being said, I like him and I hope his game improves.

rogers has the ability to be a great CB. hes shown flashes and this year he will come into his own. again, if he held on to a couple of those picks, we'd all be singing a different tune about rogers. once springs goes down with a hang nail injury, los and smoot will be on the prowl.

and carlos is better than smoot.

That being said, I like him and I hope his game improves. They should put him about 10 or 15 feet in front of that machine that launches footballs 60 yards down field. It'd be painful, borderline traumatic, but if he can get used to catching footballs traveling at 80 mph+, he'd be making these picks one-handed. That's of course assuming he doesn't break all of his fingers. :D

Thas fine, I hope he steps up. I am just tired of hearing the "potential" talk about this kid. It's time he shows us he can play. And I'm not so sure about the better the Smoot thing. That will need to be proven to me. I don't care what happened in Minnesota. Smoot can play.

It is too early to tell if Rogers is really as bad as he looked last year....or if Gregg Williams just made him look that bad.

Gregg made every player on our defense look worse than they really are....from our d-line all the way to Taylor. Maybe it was the same with Rogers. Only time will tell.

rogers was ok in 05, then he magically got bad in 06 when we had no rush whatsoever. hes got ball skills and he can keep up with guys. talking about our secondary play is linked with our horrid pass rush. lets hope we bring some heat this year because we have a number of playmakers in the secondary.

Los will be fine, he just needs to work on making catching those balls second nature and not lose focus.

Got any good Ethan Albright highlights?

He's got skills in run support. Those dropped INTs are a killer. Hoping he'll have gotten it together this season.

Thats better than creating a thread titled "Ladell Betts highlight video (http://www.extremeskins.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3900679#post3900679)" but neglect to provide a video.

You just tell us that you had seen a highlight video and it was great. Good Lord.

I can understand why you are on the NNT's list. You obviously know nothing about the game, the coaches and how to coach, or even this team. GW didn't make anyone look bad, they did that on their own.

GW has proven year after year in Tennessee, Buffalo, and Washington (prior to last year) that he is one of the best defensive minds in the game. One bad year with tons of injuries does not mean he has lost everything or anything for that matter. I

'm sure you were one of the people who were scared to death he was going to leave and was thrilled when he sighed an extension. I'm sure, like most people here, you were thrilled about him keeping his system here and suceeding Gibbs. Now, after one bad season, you blame him for the holocaust. What are you going to say when we have a top 10 defense next year???

Yea Rogers had a pathetic year last year as echoed by his "highlights" in the video. It was a well put together vid, but as others have said, not many highlights to work with.

HOwever, I still have a lot of faith in Carlos. His rookie season was pretty decent; what I expected. He showed that he's pretty well-rounded player (minus the stonehands). I've always been impressed with his run support. He's not afraid to sick his nosenear the LOS. HE has good rundown speed. Even though he pissed me off pretty much all of last season (minus the Carolina and NO games), I think he'll be fine this year.

Despite getting Smooty back, we all know Rogers will see significant action since Springs will never be healthy a full season again (just my independent feeling).

C'mon #22, show why we picked you ninth over D. Ware and S.Merriman!!!!!

Good video. I'd have preferred you picked one type of audio- either the song, or the commentary, but all in all, not bad.

I REALLY hope Rogers can learn how to catch. He had way too many opportunities. If he capitalized on those chances, he would have been held in the same regard as Asante Samuel.

Yeah he broke his hand. Carlos wasnt as bad as some people say, he is good in man to man coverage coverage and in run support. Those two things are important in GW's defensive scheme. People think that him dropping INTs automatically make him a bad DB, I have watched every game several time(yes im a hardcore fan) and he did his job the best he could without a pass rush and the trash known as Kenny Wright on the other side. Please watch games and form your own opinion instead of throwing up the same garbage that Carlos sucks because he dropped alot of INTS.

If he made those picks. No one would be questioning Rogers over Merriman.
