if u do roster updates on xbox live marketplace will u get the rosters as of RIGHT NOW? and when will ratings in PRINT be announced or when they will be expected?

I'm not positive but I don't think they constantly update the rosters during the offseason... But once the season starts, everything gets updated daily. Even player injuries are changed from week to week.
