If all TD's are worth 6pts I'd also strongly consider Peyton. He's guaranteed production where Gore/Westy are a little injury prone and Parker could have a slightly reduced role this season.

But of the 3 you listed not knowing anything else about the league, Gore.

What's the starting lineup look like?

Well since its PPR, I'd opt to go with Westbrook.... or and I hate to say it as you'd hate to hear it..... Reggie Bush (i remember we were on the same side of the anti-Bush coin) The points for return yards also boosts Bush, but Westy still return kicks now and then. But go Westbrook, Deuce is still there and Bush is a douche

Since QB's will also score big in your format, I'd be sure to snag Palmer, Brady, or Brees with your 2nd or 3rd pick.

I took Gore, thanks for your guys advice but the thing is that Westbrook has neever stayed healthy for a full season in his career so that was a huge turnoff i appreciate your help though and it gave me a huge debate.
