None of that suprises me. My first reaction was "why isnt ND on there" but they answered that question in the article.

Most of the overrateds are teams with traditions of excellence, so of course they get the benefit of the doubt in the polls. The one surprise was Washinton. They never win and they're always overrated, so you'd think they'd learn.

Yeah, well i suppose thats because they can recruit the top talent, so they look the best on paper. Once the pads start popping, its no longer about potential.

Do you not recall the national championship Washington won, or the fact that they ended Miami's 10 year home winning streak.

And while Miami has a tradition of excellence we get screwed by the polls, we win National Title's and with the exception of the start of the '02 season we get ranked lower than 5 after winning the National Title, FSU I can understand they lose to the U and than the next year they are #1 until they lose to Miami. The #'s on that poll are scewed by the fact that the last 2 years we have started highly and shouldn't have for '06 and ended up out of the poll. There is no way with 5 national titles and 5 more appearences in championship games in 23 years get's you being overated in a preseason poll.
