Redskins in Madden 08

So what do you all think about the redskins in madden?

I have to say I dont like what they've done with Santana and Portis. Every pass I throw to Moss he drops. Its cost me alot of games online. He'll drop a wide open pass in the endzone. It's very frustrating.

Also, Clinton Portis fumbles. ALOT. It seems he can't hold on to the ball at all.

Jason Campbell is incredibly slow also. Mark Brunell is a 62 speed, while JC is 69. Romo is like a 70-something.
Everytime Jason runs with the ball, he also fumbles. He fumbled twice all last year, and somehow that translate into alot on Madden.

Well ya know they made changes to the AI because of complaints. People didn't like the cake defense, or turnovers were too hard to come by. That aside, I agree with your complaints about the stats. ARE fumbles punts, JC is too slow and Rocky is supposed to be some injury prone retard.

I just change player attributes constantly. The roster updates are supposed to help as well. Some of that doesn't help with online play, but at least you can franchise and have fun.

Well, if the Redskins go on a roll and win some games in a row; we should get rated higher after the next roster update or two. I see us being an 88 overall by the end of the season. Time will tell. HTTR

Yeah, the Moss thing really ticks me off. It seems like he drops everything. He has a speed rating, but I cannot get him to beat a corner deep one on one.

I am in my second franchise season and I just traded for Calvin Johnson. So far he is a beast! Doesn't drop anything and out jumps everyone!

When you consider we were 5-11, we got lucky with getting an 81.

Instead of throwing deep to Moss use him as a decoy and run fly routes with ARE and when you throw hold up on the stick and hold down the pass button, as soon as Campbell throws it switch to ARE and hit the speed button and most of the time he is faster than the corner playing him. I've scored quite a few td's online doing that.

I have played as the Redskins against the Eagles a dozen ****ing times on All-Madden....tried to make it as similar to tonights game as possible...and I can't beat them. WTFFFFFFFF
