OK...I realize this might seem strange but why do we have soooo many groin and hamstring injuries! Do we know that we need to stretch! It may be a coincidence but this is crazy! I bet we lead the league in groin and hamstring injuries. I know Bubba Tyer is a Redskin icon but really! Does the responsibility not stop at his door...? If not then who's?

This might be an issue that Bubba has to do some Yahoo! searching on. But I'm sure we do a lot of streching regularly. Maybe more of a focus on it? I dunno, it's getting bad.

I noticed during the game yesterday that Samuels was constantly stretching his hamstrings in the huddle.

Do people really think that the trainers don't have the players stretching?

Is it to much to hope that we just get out of the Patriots game (win or lose) with no more injuries?

So you admit you're not sure, but you're ready to fire him?

Yah, that makes sense.

As a fitness professional, I can tell you that simply "stretching" isn't gonna accomplish much...especially if you're talking about stretching the hamstring/groin. Hip imbalances are a bit more complicated than that.
