Just something to consider. The season has a while to go, and we're in an OK spot right now. Maybe we'll get lucky and knock Brady out of the game next week, who knows.

The Skins winning trumps any fantasy success. I'll take a W in real life over fantasy any day.

As a football fan in general I'd MUCH rather beat Brady through 4 quarters then knock him out of the game.
Redskins could possibly win the game this week but I'm not going to hold my breath. I'll expect a loss and not be dissapointed if and when reality sets in that the Patriots really ARE that good. Our defense matches up nicely though against Randy Moss, I'm more worried about that dude Wes Welker who could give our coverage problems. He's the nightmare cover 2 kind of WR always finding the seam in the middle of the field.
Anyway back on topic, after this New England game we have a couple games we will most likely be favorites and really should win, Jets and Philly. I'd have no problems being 6-3 going to a HUGE game in Dallas in week 11.

even with our issues we still could finish with 9-10 wins if we would just quit being a 1st half only team. We still have plenty of winnable games left on this schedule. We need to get McCardell more active in this offense.
BTW, when are Rabach and Heyer coming back? If we could get them back soon and Wade heals up I think we'll be OK on the O-line until we get Thomas back late in the year.
Our offense is going to have to hold down some sustaining drives, and at least get some FGs if not TDs, in the second half so our D doesn't wear down like against NYG and AZ. Here's the schedule.
We can beat the Jets, Bills, Vikes and Eagles and I believe we can beat Chi and Dallas at home. My reason for the fact that we can beat Dallas is at that point I would be shocked if they're already locked in with home field advantage in the playoffs and rest guys. If not that our O-line will be healthier and if our coaches have any sense they'll use the pass to rip Dallas apart. I love the fact that we have a great defense. Having a top defense always allows you to stay in any game no matter how bad the offense is sputtering.

Can you imagine that; if we knocked Brady out?
I mean, I never wish any sort of harm to anyone; but...what a bombshell that would be in the NFL community, huh?

would be an even bigger bombshell if we beat NE with a healthy Tom Brady. I would love that

Let's not forget that 9-7 will probably be a lock for the NFC wildcard this year. God the NFC is horrible.
