Skins vs. Jets - Anyone going or interested?

I figure I'd ask since a number of ESers are coming up to Foxboro tomorrow. Is anyone interested in going to next weeks game (Nov. 4th) against the New York Jets?

Out of the blue, my father asked me this morning if I was interested in going to Giants Stadium to see the game next week. He said that their are plenty of tickets for sale on Tickmaster and StubHub, and many of them are resonably priced. Through Ticketmaster, Jets season ticket holders can sell their tickets. And they're not asking for much more than face value. There usually is a handling fee with Tickmaster and StubHub purchases but I don't think they'd be too much.

yeah im hoping the jets lose again tomorrow and am gonna try and find some tickets on stubhub around monday or tuesday today i saw them starting at like 40-something bucks..the tickets for them against the bills this week were dirt cheap hopefully they will be cheap for our game too and a lot of redskins fans show up!

either the Redskins are coming off an emotional victory in New England and can't afford a let down, or the team gets the doors blown off against the Patriots and this becomes a 'get back on track' game.

Parking at Giants stadium this year is permit only due to construction of the new stadium..tailgating is not allowed in satellite lots that bus people into the stadium. For anyone who is making the trip from the MD area I have an extra parking pass...PM me if interested

I'll be there and I hope some of you will make the trip as well. Don't let yesterdays beating get you down about the whole season, the Pats might be one of the greatest teams ever assembled. The NFC is still wide open and I think the skins can still make something out of this season. Lets go to NY angry and beat the hell outta the Jets.

All I have to say about the Meadowlands parking is.....you go there once and you will think twice about complaining on Fed-ex's horrible layout.

This seems to be the current setup for the Meadowlands. Haven't been to a game there in years so I don't really know how early you need to get there...earlier the better though.

I'll be there with 2 others...bringing a grill, food (don't really know what yet) and a cooler full of beer. I would say right now that we're going to try for Lot 16 near the outer road.

sweet man, we are in row 7. It looks like lot 16 is pretty easy to get to like the poster above. I'll try and get in that same lot. I don't know what we are bringing yet food wise but I know we will be bringing beer. I'm hoping to get to the parking lot around 10ish so we have plenty of time before the game. If we are gonna do an organized tailgate we should all probably PM eachother with cell #'s or something like that. I've never been to the meadowlands so I'm pretty excited about it, and we need a win in the worst way right now.:jetssuck:

Sadly, I've been to the Meadowlands every year since 1994 & I only know one way to get in there. Which is by the racetrack.

The people I know (Jets fans) are parking in lot 5. But wherever you guys pick, I'll be sure to walk over.....
