What if Joe Gibbs had all the Patriots players?

What would the team look like? I suspect we would win alot of hard fought games. Punish teams physically, grind it out. Would we meet the Colts in the Super Bowl? Could we beat Manning with the Patriots personel?

I like this question. I personally think that the team would be good...but not great. The PAts don't have the personel to grind out wins on the ground. They pass to set up occasional runs. So I think Gibbs would take a potential 16-0 team and finish something like 10-6.

I think Gibbs could probably hold them under 20 points most games.

Nope. They'll still suck as long as they have this coaching staff. The play calling will remain the same and they'll still lose.

If he had all the Patriot players, he wouldn't be sending out the first team offensive unit to go for it on 4th down with a 40+ point lead.
