View Full Version : Your one question to anyone within the Redskin organization

After reading through alot of threads it seems alot of fans have an assortment of questions with the state of this team. Some question personnel moves, drafting, and most question the on the field mishaps and x's and o's. I must say after watching yesterdays game I'd like to ask Gregg Williams a simple question. Maybe I'm off base, I am by no means an NFL coach. I'd like to ask him why do we play Sean Taylor and Landry THAT far back now? Keeping Taylor back is a smart thing, but just how far is the question. At times, Landry and Taylor were 35 yards downfield. I'd like to see Landry a little closer to help with the hot routes and dump offs. With Taylor coming up a little bit he could probably bait more QB's into throwing into the middle, he also could lay some big hits on those pesky drives where teams are just taking 8-9 yards all the way down the field. He's a ballhawk, he can still be the deepest man on the field without literally looking like a punt returner. So far its been working and I'm not really asking for him to change things. I would just like to hear Gregg's reasoning for not disguising where Taylor is going to be a little more.

I would like to ask Joe Gibbs and Al Saunders who actually creates the game plans and calls the plays on the field.

Dear Dan-

Have you seen real estate prices in Fiji lately? Great deals over there.

Sincerely.

How does it feel taking criticism and suggestions from beer drunk hacks sounding out on an anonymous message board?

It is simple to understand what is wrong with this team. When you get old your brain slows down and you can't do all the things you used to do :drive, stay awake eat spicy food, and Coach a NFL team.

I would legitimately like to ask Gibbs which rule changes since his last go-round give him the most trouble.

Is it the salary cap? Free agency? Instant Replay? Roster rules? Shorter play-clock? Hash marks? (Those did change, didn't they?) Helmet radios?

I would have liked to seen more of it. We went right back into the shell when it mattered most. We need to let Landry and co. make game changing plays when it matters, not just in spurts in the first and third quarters.

How can coaches w/this kind of experience(cumulatively)appear to look clueless?

The 2nd question would be simply...WHY?

Why everything? No matter what...WHY? Why did you do that...why didn't you do this or that? Why would you do this? Why not this? I could go on:doh:

*edit..p.s. Add on question for GP: Who in the hell left the gate open?

It doesnt take a drunk to see us throw away timeouts week in and week out. Get out Gibbs...its the right thing to do for the fans and I am bring Joe must go signs to the Bears game, let him know if he comes back next year he wont be welcome. I pay way to much for this crap! 4 years is long enough.

Well remember when the post killed the skins because some old couple had season tickets since the 50's and they lost them because they were selling them every year. All they did was bohoed to the paper about how they were great fans and lost the tickets they had for over 40 years, at the time I was pissed at the post because great fans dont sell them every year and double their money, which they failed to point out!

I'd like to ask Gregg Williams why he didn't have LaRon Landry play man-to-man on Westbrook every single play, instead of having him sit back 20 yards and respecting the mediocre Eagles WR's.

If Landry was watching him all game, does anyone think we would have lost this way?? Westbrook is constantly making plays on screen passes, etc, and no one was anywhere near him most of the time. The Eagles have one playmaker and we can't seem to figure that out!!!!!!!!! It doesn't make any sense in the world to sit back in deep cover-2 when the RB is killing us both with the run and the pass!

My one question would be...to Mr. Snyder:

Why can't you learn any of the lessons from Jack Kent Cooke (or as you call him "My predecessor") or the Rooney Family on how to be an NFL owner?

I’d like to add a follow-up question: Do you intend to let your children inherit ownership of this team? Because if you do, I think I’ll have to shoot myself.

If he says "yes" to that question I would then ask, "Why? Haven't you done enough to this franchise!"

I would like to know why we cant seem to use our time outs well, nor run a good clock game. Who is resposible for this? How are we going to fix said problem?

I would ask how anyone and everyone can get the axe year in and year out from secretaries to players to head coaches but Vinny Cerrato seems to always be an afterthought within the organization and manages to survive.

Why cant our players have routine HGH and Cream regiments so they dont get injured?

Why does God hate our starting players and want to injure them?

Is there a injury God we can pray to? Does he replace my current view of a monotheistic deity?
