Well gang here was my experience for my first trip to Dallas

The trip was a birthday gift to my Dad..so here goes

Most Original Moment- Walking from the cash lost this Cowboy fan threw 3 rubber yellow flags in our path...telling us we were penalized for "dress code violations"...no doubt because we were dressed in burgandy and goal.

Taking One For the Team (kinda) Well everyone there knows it was kinda hot...so I wanted a soda, but realized that the only cups they had were the collector Cowboy cups...I was prepared to die of thrist at Texas Stadium instead of drinking from a Cowboy Cups. Well I was told the bottled water had no Cowboys logos, so water it was until I got back to the hotel.

The Good - The Redskins Fans who came out to Texas Stadium and represented! Best moment was when the comeback started and the fans one section over from me stood and began chanting "defense"and "Let's go Redskins Lets Go!" Naturally Pops and I (wishing we were one section over) stood and joined in surrounded by Cowboy Fans...even got the others two and three row behind me involved...that was a good feeling because we were in trouble, and the Fans of Redskin Nation didn't give up on the team. Funny thing is they heard us because I saw a few players giving us the Crowd noise signal....Cowboys Fans were mad and started "booing"...we were close to taking over that place...much like the 2005 Arizona game...if you were there you know what I mean!

Also the Halftime lead! I left my seat and found several Redskins Fans shook hands with them and simply asked "DO YOU BELIEVE!...We all did!

The Bad- The INT that wasn't, the lucky breaks Dallas kept getting (3 bad snaps) , Didn't make Blonde's party (sorry) and the comback fell short, TO...etc

Funniest Moment - When the D got the last three and out on the Homo...I mean Romo sack...Flozell Adams was hurt. A Redskins fan three rows behind me was totally pumped (because we had a shot) Yelled while Adams was still on the turf "Yeah, Yeah...Get Up B*tch" Totally funny. Actually originally I though Romo got hurt.

All and all good trip....would have been better had we pulled off the upset.
But the better news is they still have to come to Washington....We'll be Ok...let's just keep believing and supporting the team.

HAIL REDSKINS!!!!

Excellent experience/post. I enjoyed reading and Happy Birthday.

LOL at the original momment.
and LOL at "burgandy and goal" I am teh grammer/spellin nazi L:laugh:L

 to not compromising and taking one for the team. They probably had the "extra special sodas" for Redskins fans anyway...

The good brings a smile to my face after seeing so many Cowboys flags on cars with DC, Maryland, and Virginia license plates in this area. Glad that we are represented so well down there.

As for the bad, yeah, it does seem like the Cowboys have the most amazing luck.

And :applause: to continuing to support the team.
If we turn this thing around I want to be able to say that I stood by my team and supported them from start to finish.
If we aren't so fortunate and the season ends at FedEx Field in 2007 I want to be able to say that I stood by my team and supported them from start to finish.

Honestly, this was stunning to a lot of people there. I was on the sidelines and let me tell you - the looks on some of those people's faces when they realized that such a large number of Redskins fans were not only there, but were screaming their lungs out during that defensive stand were priceless. Thanks for making the trip and thanks for showing support to the good guys. Your efforts were definitely noticed.

I missed you at the tailgate!! We had 75th anniversary cups there........you would not have had those nasty star cups.

WE WERE WELL REPRESENTED!!!!!!!

Sorry Blonde...I kinda didn't know where I was going upon getting out of the gravel paved cash lot....Then I was with the old man and I don't believe he wanted to go....that's why I travel alone....lol Or with a buddy who is closer in age and does stuff like that.

But I'll probably be back when we spoil them opening their new stadium with a lost!

Oh one more bad moment

When Cooley dropped an important Campbell pass, I literally almost cried.....in a weird voice I uttered "he dropped it" almost about to cry...but I pulled myself together.
