I do have one question, though: Were you including Extremeskins as part of Redskins.com?

I know this is the official message board of the Redskins and is linked to on Redskins.com... but in my mind, they are still two seperate websites. For instance, you ask, "How many times do you visit www.redskins.com per week?" I come to Extremeskins much more often than I go to redskins.com, so I answered the question about how many times I visit redskins.com only about how many times I went to Redskins.com... not how many times I come to Extremeskins.

However, in a later question, you ask, "When on Redskins.com what do you do?" One of the answers to that question is "Post/Read Extremeskins." That sounds like you're counting being on extremeskins as also being on Redskins.com. If that is so, then my answer of 3-5 times per week on redskins.com is way low, because I'm on Extremeskins several times per day.

So... assuming I phrased my question correctly... could you clarify for future participants? In other words, should we be including our time on Extremeskins in the answer to the question about how often we visit redskins.com?

My college has about fifty people doing this same sort of thing. They each need around 200 responses and there are only 2,000 or so people available. Needless to say, Ive been filling out plenty of surveys and one more wont hurt. :)

Some questions, "What source do you get your Redskins information from?" in particular, should be check boxes instead of radio buttons. Most people get their information from multiple sources and the options listed are not mutually exclusive. Now, if you meant to ask "What source do you primarily get your Redskins information from?", then radio buttons are appropriate.

You probably should have gotten your survey reviewed by someone who fit the demographic you were targeting. The differential between redskins.com and extremeskins.com as well as some of the choices between check boxes and radio buttons struck me as major sources for flawed data as I took that survey (and I wasn't the only one who picked up on that it seems).

filled it in - one thing, you have a lot of 'free text' boxes where we can write whatever we want. The more and more hits you get it will be difficult to assess where peoples points of view, reasons etc go just because of the number of cases you will have to consider. You end up having to make judgement calls. Not knocking the idea but making people select a particular option (even if its 'none of the above') as their choice would make it easier for collating your info. Good luck! :)

Done. I didn't like how I was asked for a Username and PW when I tried to get a graphical summary of responses. "401 UNAUTHORIZED" :(

Anyways , good luck with that. Somehow I will be able to graduate from VT in about a month without writing any of those "thesis" things...that's what you get for selecting Psych as a major LOL
