I get more and more depressed about the NFL and the prospects of our team with each passing day of the season. Football isn't fun anymore. Quite frankly, after we lost to the Bills, I didn't watch any 4 o'clock games (I have Sunday Ticket) and maybe a few plays of the Monday nighter. Not even sure if I'll watch tomorrow. Depends on how well we start off. I've got other things to watch (NBC Thursday Lineup).

no, I didnt think Dallas would win 10 games, and i am a huge Cowboys fan....So its not just about what Skins fans think. Its just about how things turn out comparred to what is thought/talked about in Sept.

Dude, I hear ya. I am still bummed about it myself, and am making a t-shirt to honor Sean Taylor for when i go to the game on the 30th.

But I thought we all could use some of it......and by it....i mean anything, to get that behind us all....but then again, I'll never have that "behind" me, because it is such a tragedy that it caused me many tears, and I am a Dallas fan.......I cant possibly imagine what you guys are still going through!

Bubba, its all about the past predictions and threads, did you notice that i myself predicted the Cowboys to go less then 10 wins??? I poked fun at myself for that.......I thought JJ would run for 1100 yds, boy was I wrong, and i once predicted the Giants to win the division, then said if McNabb was healthy, they would be a force in the playoffs!

Yeah, every year multiple Skins fans go to Cowboys sites reminding of the 14-13 Brunell to Mossx2 debacle.. or the blocked FG+Roy Williams facemask on ST to put the Skins into FG range to win that game.. it goes both ways definately.

I went to a pukes board once. I went and asked what everyones opinion was about Barber, and if they felt he should be the starter considering he's a beast.

All I got was flammed and made fun of. All they kept saying was "worry about your own star running back who sucks too much to even be in the game when its on the line" (referring to the giants debacle.)

So in essence, I went there once, tried to have a civil debate about their team, and got flammed. hilarious

I have to agree with some of the Skins fans here. I don't think it was necessary to bring up old threads to make a point. Besides, you still have quite a few Redskins fans supplying fresh material to pick apart. Granted, most of the new stuff is flop material, like tr1's thread about Texas. Just be patient. The "Cowboys can't win a playoff game" followed by the "Cowboys are going to get destroyed by the Patriots" threads are right around the corner.

Threads are archived for a reason, we get threads bumped all the time on CZ, 05 when Redskins swept us was crazy with bumps nobody got banned for it.

I personally am waiting until the season is over to do a few bumps, but it should be expected by everyone all on sides of fandom

It seems so long ago when we were all convinced of the following:

- Wade Philips was going to blow bigtime in Dallas
- Romo was going to turn out to be a one year wonder
- TO would've gone nuclear and destroyed the team by now
- No other receiving threats outside of TO and Witten would emerge
- That Dallas oline would continue to suck, and Leonard Davis would turn out to be a big big waste of money.
- The Cowboys would continue to not play Marion Barber and waste their time using Julius Jones as the starter.
- Brad Johnson was going to beat out Romo for the starting QB job.
