Week 14 Help

I took over a team after 5 weeks of play. The team had a 1-4 record with a bunch of bad and injured players (Rudi Johnson and Ronnie Brown). Since then, I've gone 4-4 and unfortunately missed out on going to the playoffs. I do have an objective this week, which is to knock out my friend's team from playoff contention.

Colston and Johnson don't have good matchups this week but you should never bench a stud if you can help it. Coles has a good matchup but a rookie QB throwing. I have johnson and Colston as well, and I was debating on whether to bench one of them for Roddy White vs Saints but I don't think I can bring myself to do it.
