I think the serious answer would lie on if you wanted to intervene. I would probably first approach the twin and see where she's at. Is she happy? Is she lost? Does she need saving? Pending the results of talking with her (I'm assuming the twin is a her) then I would approach the non porn twin. That way you at least know what the story is. If the non porn twin is a good friend, I think I would risk telling her in any case.

If it were one of my friends I would tell them right away and probably start calling them by the porn name... and everytime they came over I would have it playing on the big screen.
