Any idea how much this thing is worth???

When I was in 7th grade, my next door neighbor who was a soccer player and big soccer fan gave me this piece of paper. It was an entry form to draw the mascot for a new soccer team that was coming to town, D.C. United. He knew that I was really good at drawing, but he helped a little too. We ended up winning and split the prize. We each got 8 t-shirts and 8 tickets to a game on Mother's Day, got to run out on the field and slingshot shirts into the crowd and we also both got a ball with everyone's signature from the original first squad. Is it worth anything? Not that I'm looking to sell it, just curious. I'm not a huge soccer fan so I don't know any of the names on it.

What ball is it? Is it the OG MLS Game Ball? If so, then yes it's worth alot...

Try selling it to MLSnet or D.C. United.com or go to D.C. United forums and try to talk to people.

I'm sure Marco Etcheverry,Raul Diaz Arce, Jaime Moreno etc names are on there right...

In all honestly, probably less than $20.

Soccer players in America aren't as famous as they would like to be. Look at Beckham, nothing he has is worth crap here. No one knows him, so his value isnt really all that great.

As for your shirt, depends who is on it. Still, probably no more than $20...imo. NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA > MLS.
