Offensive guru couldn't get the O to score. They were pathetic. He'll be a coordinator somewhere.

Talk about an arrogant wind bag that rode an exceptional defense to fame.

He was supposed to be an offensive guru and baltimore sucked on offense his entire tenure.

I wonder if this is another Norv type case. Maybe he's great as a coordinator, but crappy as a head coach?

He might sit out a year and come back as a coordinator. Maybe less responsibility, he will gets more production.

To his defense, he never had a good QB or WRs.

Ray's been carrying him for years. Not surprising.

I just wonder who the replacement will be. Newsome is one of the best talent evaluators in the game today... although he's been terrible at finding a QB.

Derek Anderson was originally drafted by the Ravens. The coaching staff didn't keep him, lol.

I thought he would be there at least through this year because of all the injuries that they suffered this year. I think that he will be a retread coach probably after next year. I am so sure that there will be a high availability of jobs and I think that teams that need coaches, will fill the jobs with coaches who have never been head coaches elsewhere in the league.
