Don't fumble, run the ball, play super smart, etc and all the other silly little standard lines that come out of people's mouths don't mean a thing right now.

At gametime...last week, this week, and next week it all comes down to one thing and that is this: For the Redskins to win they must be driven to impose their will on teams. Play with fire, ferocity, and determination to IMPOSE YOUR WILL on the other team. Have your way with them at the line of scrimmage. Treat them like little bullys treat little nerds after school. Push them around, slap them in the face, pull their pants down and make fun of them. Tell them to go running home, crying to their mamas.

IMPOSE YOUR WILL. This is the key for the Redskins.

I think this is kinda the game plan for today. Seattle's defense is fast and atheletic, but not real physical. I think we're going to beat them up.

Forcast is for rain and wind. Portis is third in fumbles. That worries me, despite me agreeing with you.

turnovers... cause them. DOn;t have them....

penalty-free.

Play physical

stop the run... make them pass... that is there strength, but make that their only optionl...

Clinton fumbles about every 3 games...so relax. He fumbled last week. He's not due to fumble till we get to Green Bay.

It's simple really. Play JOE GIBBS football. If we do, we win!

thats another one of those silly little sayings that people like to throw around. If we run the ball then I guess we are playing Joe Gibbs football. If we throw deep and score we are playing Joe Gibbs football. If we win the turnover battle and kick a fieldgoal with 3 seconds left....we are playing Joe Gibbs football. If we play tough defense we are playing Joe Gibbs football. This is such a bunch of crap. Winning is winning and losing is losing and if you want to win in the playoffs you play WINNING football, not Joe Gibbs football.

And you win by imposing your will on the other team. And if Seattle imposes their will on us, then we will lose. The dominant team will win, its really that simply and it doesn't matter what kind of football you play. Joe Gibbs football or Mike Holmgren football, etc. The dominant team will win!

.....IMPOSE YOUR WILL.......
"That was also the same game when the 'Skins were running out the clock and ran the same play (50 Gut) nine times in a row. After the second or third play, Grimm and Bostic decided to have some fun and tell Cowboys lineman Randy White that the play was coming. And they kept running it, anyway. By the fifth or sixth time, Warren (pulling on the play) was coming over to block White, but a frustrated White was ignoring the running back and simply trying to level Warren every time. "Everyone in the huddle was laughing," said Warren. "I was the only one who wasn't having too much fun."

it all boils down to line play on both sides of the ball. we need a pass rush, cant let hasselsuck stand back there and pick our secondary apart. the o line needs to give TC time to throw the ball and give CP some light to run.

Gee...I thought winning football is JOE GIBBS FOOTBALL. Ohh... I forgot. He is NOT in the hall of fame, not one of the winingest coaches in history, and not responsible for bringing all THREE Super Bowl trophies to DC. Damn, I must be losing it@!

gee wow how did you get so smart:laugh: . This is the Washington Redskins. We play Joe Gibbs football and we will be more dominant then the Seachickens. Thats why we will win.

THAT is hilarious. i was laughing reading it.

thats some serious domination when you run the same play over and over and tell the D youre running it over and over and they still cant stop it.

http://espn.go.com/page2/wash/s/simmons/020314.html This rules. I was thinking about this, this year, when we tried basically the same thing and I had t argue with people saying it wasn't the play calling, it was the execution. I don't remeber the exact game though.

Well its hasn't worked out for the Skins. The reason that the Seahwks are whipping the Redskins arse is the Hawks are imposing their will upon the Skins.

Seattle is controlling BOTH lines of scrimmage. Now we know that the draft and free agency need to be addresse first with 2 offensive linemen and 2 defensive linemen.

and where the hell did this Seattle punter come from. My God...50 yard punts 50 yards in the air and a fair catch everytime. My God when are we going to get a punter who can understand that line drive kicks are a teams worst enemy.
