View Full Version : Is there a chance for Todd Collins to go to San Fran?

I was just thinking about how Mike Martz' system is similar to Al Saunders. In fact, I think they are the same, because Saunders had Campbell watch tape of Kurt Warner back in the greatest show on turf days. If true, you think Martz tries and pull in Collins? This would actually make sense, since Collins is (what most people consider) a product of the system, and since they would then install a new system in SF, theyd need a player with experience in that system, or one very familiar to it. Thoughts?

Thoughts?
My thoughts are that if Al Saunders is not our OC next year, I don't care what happens to Collins. If we have a new offense, his value to us decreases sharply.
However, if Grilliams or someone else decides to continue building our offense with Saunders, I'm sure we'll do everything we can to keep Todd with us.

Very little to no chance he goes anywhere that doesn't have Al Saunders.

Don't care. He's a backup.

You should care. TC got us to the playoffs, and JC got hurt twice last season.
