What is the best purchase you have ever made from people at the parking lot at FedEx?

For me, it would have to be the Sean Taylor 21 knit hat I got at the Bills game this year. I also traded an old guy a bottle of whiskey for an old school Zubaz Skins hat, and I got a pretty sick long sleeve skins shirt for 5 bucks from a crackhead like four years ago. I've also managed to get upper level tickets for like $40 apiece from scalpers for non-division games.

I just wanted to start a light hearted thread amidst all this negativity. HAIL SKINS and I cant wait for the 2008 tailgates!

Those suck, i remember back in the RFK days, they sold those same shirts WITHOUT the *** and they acually said F*** Dallas heh I stil have it and a few others tucked away somewhere. I liked the F*** Detroit shirts, it had the Lions helmutt icon, but the Lion was laying upside down dead, with his tongue sticking out (cartoon like) :laugh: Same with the eagles eagle (old school)

i get a lot of really cool things out in the parking lot....i am a cigar girl at the stadium and we go out and sell packages of cigars during the tailgate. i am always asked if i want to trade for anything, which i am not allowed to do, but i always take some extra cash with me so i can buy some goodies....some of my favorites:

-sean taylor long sleeved shirt (CP has the same one) it's an XXL, but it's something that ill have forever
-i got about 10 knit 21 ST hats at the bills game
-21 ST headband that goes around my ears
-ST magnet
-ST bracelet
-back in the day, "we want campbell" shirt
-**** DALLAS is one of my favorites

I got a "dr. suess" Redskins colored hat w/a B & G feathered boa(the thing that goes around your neck like a snake? I think that's what they're called). Got them at the Bills game...walking back to the car...dude just gave em to me and said.."Merry Xmas" ..I don't want to take these back home since they're my last ones..lol

Bought a badass Skins winter hat for $7 at the '05 Raiders game.

There's a great story behind it. Guy has a stand outside, I say I want to buy the hat. He says, okay that'll be 8 dollars. Out of the shadows, this person walks up with the same hats...telling me he'll sell it for $7. He's like, c'mon man! Business is business! And I said, you're right, this is the United States of America. I told the guy with the stand that business is business, and bought it for $7. The two men started arguing and almost threw down, I had to tell them, "c'mon guys, it's nothing to fight over, goodness, I'm sure both of you will sell everything you have." They eventually split up and I walked back to the parking lot.

But my girlfriend and I decided to eat at Ruby Tuesday's first. After we ate there, we started walking to where we thought the car was. But we totally forgot. We looked for 2 hours. Finally, we found the car...parking lot totally empty besides our car. I jump for joy (it was freezing out)...running around with my girlfriend, hugging each other, threw my hat up in the air....

We get in the car and roll out, only to find out when I get home that I never retrieved my hat. Ugh!

Some guy spilled a beer all over a pile those black knit hats with the script "R" on them. Vendor was all pissed off and yelling at the guy screaming that he couldn't sell them. I offered him a dollar for the ones with beer on them. I snagged 5 hats for $5.00
