It is a Pro Bowl tradition to swap helmets with another player. I'm friends with a former Redskins player who made a few trips to Hawaii and have seen helmets in his home from teams I knew he didn't play for. I once asked about this and he told me the story of how the tradition started and players continue to do this every year.
