I was wondering if anybody caught this on channel 9 or better yet did anybody record it?

I saw it, the had a feature on Rocky and his rehab, showed him doing his rehab and he said that he would come out this injury stronger and better than before.
they also had a feature on eating healthy with ARE, stretching with a cheerleader,
and some other items.. thats all i can remember.

Rocky has pro bowl potential.


We would have gone deep in the playoffs had Rocky, Rogers, ST, Jansen, Thomas, not been missing. Im probably forgetting others too. Last year was a hell of a year, but it could have been so much better.
