New to ExtremeSkins HELP!

I am new to extreme skins and I dont know how to edit my avatar nor do I know how to put the qoutes and pics at the bottom of each of my posts.


If anyone could help me it would mean a lot to me. \ THANKS \\

Your avator is not optional, they change as your post count increases. You CAN change within certain avatars though. Do you prefer the female cheerleader?

i belive your avatar is based on how many post you have. it will change after you reach a certain number of post. until then you are stuck

You can't edit your avatar, it's post count based.

Yep. Your answers will be found there. However, just a welcome and for future reference, editing your avatar and signature, (that's what appears on every post), can be done by hitting your User CP option at the top left hand part of the page. Right next to the Forum Rules. Also, there is a forum specifically designed for just such questions. It's the Feedback and Tech Support forum. You can access that through the Forums page or the drop down menu at the bottom right of the page. You'll find some more answers in that forum as well.

welcome to the forum.

As the people have already posted, you should check out the forum rules and click the links others posted below. The pics at the bottom of each of your posts that you speak about above are called "signatures" or "sigs". Those, unlike your avatar, you can change very easily. Go to your "user cp"

a mod is a moderator, or the "police of the board" they enforce the rules.

MOD's are a few select individuals who have been around for awile and have been givin privilages throught ES. You can tell who they are pretty easily. Just don't call them Nazi Mod's!! ;) ;)

MODs are the people who are the people essentially in charge of the board. The forum rules and FAQ links posted by previous members will help you out a lot, and answer pretty much all of your questions.

One little tidbit that I think is important, is a button in the upper right hand area of the page "Search this Forum". With Advanced Search, you can search by thread title, user, etc. This helps to avoid multiple threads covering the same topic (something I'm sure I did when I first started).

Thank God you've posted here. Here are some helpful hints:

If Om or Tarhog ask you to hand them the soap, ignore them at all costs. What they do to you isn't worth the despair.

ParkCitySkins is a towel snapper in the showers. One minute your standing underneath the stream or warm water barrelling down from the showerhead, enjoying every moment that you lather yourself up with your favorite soap (body wash, bar soap leaves you way too vulnerable) and the next you have a welt the size of Utah on your ass from one of his towel snaps.

Those are just a few helpful hints.
