Grapics Card Question

I recently bought a Geforce 8600 GTS 256 MB DDR3. The card runs great, but recently the fan on the card is making a noise that sounds like a cricket. It comes and goes, but it is annoying. Is there a way to quiet it or oil it up? I don't want to put a chemical on it that will mess it up.

If you recently bought it, can you simply return it for a new one?

Recently, to Newegg atleast, is 30 days.

J/K Sounds like a bad fan motor (Ball-bearings) can you return it ?

Thanks for your responses. I think I fixed it. I just pressed down on the fan and I felt it snap into place. It hasn't made a sound since. I guess the fan on the card got unseated some how.
