Millar was referring to a joke comment that he made in spring training after some pitcher in Chicago guaranteed a WS and he stated that he guaranteed it for Bmore since everyone else was doing it. He made a serious statement about the team at the beginning and followed it up with a bit of wit that some people just didn't get.

Of course Millar loves Boston, he won a WS there. But that guy is the heart of this team and has his head in the game everyday. Don't hate. I love Millar.
