Likely tornado touches down in Roanoke

This is highly unusual here.

The last Tornado to hit Roanoke, VA actually occured in 1974 and severely damaged the apartment complex I currently live in.

Luckily nobody was hurt today but I am nearly certain that the NWS will classify this as an EF0 or EF1 tornado tomorrow.

We had one they though touched down a mile from my house(just South and west of richmond). We had the whole family under the house till it passed was real scary. The one here was probably an F0 also. Of course you dont know that till after.
