The one Yurk made is perfect, and I'd like to do it the exact same way (besides seeing cost difference of making the patch a burgundy background instead of white).Go to walmart or target and buy this paper http://www.nextag.com/avery-t-shirt-transfer-paper/products-html its transfer paper, you just print the image on the paper with your desktop printer and then you put the image on your shirt and iron it on. I would recommend only using a white t-shirt since it will show up best. I have a heat press at my store that I use for stuff like this, its not the best quality and sometimes its very hard to get it perfectly straight on a shirt but its cheap and it does the job.

Oh yea and to the OP great shirt idea man, I love it! :applause:

At cafe press, they manage the inventory and storefront and whatnot. All you do is open your own store and list it at whatever price you want. Since you don't want to make money off of it, you can just donate any profits to whatever charity or Sean Taylor's trust fund. Here are the shirts you can make:
