I just had my draft today. It is a 12 team league so drafting can be tough, but I think I did a good job from start to finish. This is my fantasy football team:
QB: Derek Anderson
Jason Campbell
RB: Joseph Addai
Brandon Jacobs
Ronnie Brown
Darren McFadden
Ryan Torain
WR: Dwayne Bowe
Jericho Cotchery
Javon Walker
Sidney Rice
James Hardy
TE: Jeremy Shockey
Alge Crumpler
D/ST: Eagles D/ST
Browns D/ST
K: Phil Dawson
Thoughts?

Depends on your scoring and what positions your league starts.
I like Cotchery, and Bowe has supposedly looked hot in camp, but with shaky QB situations in both KC and NY, I don't think you really have a go-to WR. With this year's RBs carrying a lot of questions, I don't think I'd have spend so many early-mid round picks on RBs at the expense of an elite wideout. In my opinion you'd have been better off foregoing one of Jacobs, McFadden or Brown for a standout at the WR position.
With Addai I'm guessing you had a pick somewhere between 3 and 5. In the latter second round I'd probably have grabbed Fitzgerald, Colston or Andre Johnson if they were available. Much more bankable than somebody like Jacobs or Brown who are likely to split time.
I also don't think Derek Anderson has quite the explosion he did last year, but my opinion obviously doesn't make him a bad pick. If you got him 7th round or later I've got no complaints there.
Overall a pretty good team for a 12-teamer. If all your RBs turn out to be hot, I'd look to move one for a WR. Again though, it depends on your league.

I totally understand you, but here's the flipside:
Dwayne Bowe will be the guy in KC and I think he's very talented. I anticipate a breakout year if he picks up where he left off last year. There were quite a few games last year where I wish I started him.
Jericho Cotchery I think is solid, plain and simple.
If Javon Walker can get healthy, he's a guy to watch because he should be the #1 WR in Oakland.
Sidney Rice is another similar prospect to Dwayne Bowe as far as me anticipating a breakout season. He had some great moments last year and Berrian should help out a lot. I also think Rice will be the primary redzone target as a WR.
James Hardy is a WR I drafted late as a "I hope he's a sleeper" pick. Hardy could be the No.2 WR behind Lee Evans and I look for him to make some touchdowns. He also was regarded as the rookie WR to most likely start and get valuable playing time.
Lastly, I think Anderson should be fine. The only thing that happened was the addition of Donte Stallworth...I consider that a plus. The D is also better so he probably gets more opportunities to go out on offense. Last year he also showed a lot of poise so I think he should be fine.
Now the absolute worse COULD happen, but what I hope COULD happen as well. I'll have to wait a couple of games or follow preseason/training camp closely in order to consider making a move. I also hope McFadden tears it up like AP did last year and Ryan Torain overtakes Selvin Young.

McFadden's unlikely to have an AP-type rookie season. Early reports are that he may be a change of pace/third down back, not anything approaching a starter. Fargas is likely to take more carries from McFadden than Taylor did from AP, although McFadden will have more receiving opportunities.
Anyway, like I said this depends in part on your league's roster. Who do you start?

We start 1 QB, 2 RB's, 1 RB/WR, 2 WR's, 1 TE, 1 D/ST, and 1 K.

I'm thinking about trading Javon Walker and James Hardy for Brandon Marshall, but Walker could have a great year. And if Hardy can get the no. WR position like anticipated, he could be a surprise. Should I offer that trade and would it be a possibility that it be accepted?

I would definitely look into trading for a WR. I think that is the only weak spot on your team. You do have guys with potential at WR, but no real bonafide star (as is always the case when you get into 12 teams and larger...one position always seems to be slightly weak).
However, I don't think I would give up 2 WR's to get Marshall. For starters, Marshall is out for the first 3 games of the season (20% of the fantasy season). Also, I know first year WR's usually get off to slow starts, but I like Hardy and think he can buck that trend.
I'd look at other teams to trade with for a WR.

I'd look at other teams to trade with for a WR.I like Hardy too. He was my late round sleeper pick...along with a few others. I might just stick with my team though because I honestly like it. I think Bowe and Cotchery will come up big this year. And if Hardy, Rice , and/or Walker can contribute, that will be icing on the cake.

Why would you give up two young stars for two older ones that have injury issues??
Bad trade.

I like your QB and RBs, but your WRs are lacking excessively.

I like your QB and RBs, but your WRs are lacking excessively. That's usually what happens in a 12 team league. Everyone in my league is either weak at a particular position or has zero depth.

I think your WR's are risky depending on the QB situation in those cities but other then that I give you 7 out of 10

I think your WR's are risky depending on the QB situation in those cities but other then that I give you 7 out of 10Two WR's that I'm looking at that are still in the waiver wire in my league are Robert Meachem and Josh Morgan. Meachem will be No.2 WR in New Orleans if he continues his stellar preseason play and Josh Morgan who has been a big surprise in SF could also start. I really like Meachem though. I think he could compliment Colston like Santonio Holmes compliments Hines Ward.
