Question about Tailgate Club Passes

I just got a pair tickets given to me for the Monday night game against Pittsburgh, upper level. I was interested in purchasing Tailgate Club passes for the game because I just want to try it out for myself (I know it's overpriced).

My question is do I have to have club or lower level tickets in order to access the Tailgate Club? I'm just not sure if it matters what tickets you have for the game.

I see on ebay people selling 2 TGC passes for $90 total, which seems to be below face value.

I need to find a cheap parking pass too but I have time to research that as well. Feel free to suggest options for this as well.

All you need to enjoy the TG club is a TG pass and any game ticket. It does not matter what game ticket you have.

Where is the best place to try to buy these passes? I was given tickets to this weekends game from a friend who cannot attend and might be interested in checking this out if they're not too expensive.

Check out ebay...there are some good prices. Some past auctions (buy it now) range between $69-100 for a pair, depending on the game.
