He needs to do quite a bit more for me to believe in him. So far his record has been fair at best in my mind.

I HOPE I eat crow and he is fantastic for the next decade, I just dont see it in the cards.

I want us to win and I really do not care who does the winning as I am a fan of the team.

You mentioned crow and cards....any sort of pun intended about tomorrow??? :fortune:

One of the positive things I noticed in watching '06 highlights and then watching him now is the difference in his quickness out from under center, his footwork, and his throwing mechanics. Before he was relying on pure athletic talent to get him by. Now he will hopefully be turning that corner where he combines that latent talent with high quality technique and decision making. Lets go JC!

He's working for the offensive lunch pail. He will go out there and get it done tomorrow

I still don't understand how one can think this way.

I don't think I ever will.

Always have, and always will. He finally has a teacher and has the attitude for wanting to learn

With the receivers and line he has to deal with he has done what can at least be described as an exceptional job.

I love this view of the touchdown. Actually it's more a reaction of the crowd, not so much seeing the play. You can barely see the play from this high up, but the fans are going absolutely crazy!

JC brought it last week but I'll remain cautiously optomistic until I see him reel off a few games just like that one.

I saw this shirt a few weeks ago. Thought the believers might like it!

I was impressed with JC's performance last week. I'm rooting for him to put some style points up on that scoreboard so the #3 guy can take a few snaps towards the end and get some game time experience. It would be nice, but I know Z wouldn't allow it.

Wow a thread praising our starting QB! I love JC and think he has a big future in this offense. I am so tired of this board constantly on JC, yea i know he has fualts but it seems like I am part of the few who see his upside.

Its gotten to the point where i can hardly look at these boards anymore.

I won't believe in him until he can have a significant part of the season that carries a WINNING RECORD as a starter. Stats are meaningless unless you are quarterbacking the team to VICTORIES. That being said, I give Jason tons of credit for bringing the team back from behind against the Saints last week.....nice job.

Can't wait for him to break out in one of his Campbell Scrambles. He's just warmin' up! :helmet:

Oh I knew it was from you! (I amended my post). I just think the OP is really pumped about JC. I know you are going to have a lot more material on JC after this year for another winning video.

That being said, I give Jason tons of credit for bringing the team back from behind against the Saints last week.....nice job.The problem with this logic is that the QB is NEVER the only factor that determines whether a game results in a win or a loss. Winning is important to consider, but frankly I think people who look at a QB's level based on their record are simplistic and misguided.
