Dude is offering me Julius Jones for Kellen Winslow. I am definitley leaning towards doing it. My running backs are:

Ryan Grant(a disappointment)
DeAngelo Williams(just picked him up on waivers, not sure how consistent he will be though. I also have Steve Smith and I don't like having players from the same team starting, cuz they compete against each other for points)
Laurence Maroney(just getting back healthy but he's a big question mark)

I'm getting very little production from my RBs and it's hurting me, I've lost 2 in a row and am 3-2. I also dropped Chris Perry last week for Greg Olsen so I have a reliable TE as insurance. The only reason this dude is offering me Jones for Winslow is because he has Portis and Slaton and he's getting zero points from his TE slot. I think this is a definite yes, but I figured I'd ask you guys anyway cuz the feedback is helpful and worthwhile. Thanks for the input.

^Ha, well that means I shouldn't do it because I'm the one who owns Winslow, the guy is offering me Jones for him. I wouldn't even consider it if I weren't so desperate for a RB. The thing is Winslow hasn't had that big of a year, but I think he has more points potential than Jones. I do have Olsen as backup, no reason to carry two TEs. Jones is better than all my RBs. I dunno....I'm gonna sleep on it but I'm still leaning towards pulling the trigger.

I own Jones in both my leagues so I have followed him a little closer than I normally would. Truthfully, I'm not impressed. He had a couple of good games against weaker teams and Morris is healthy again so I expect he will vulture some carries from Julius in the coming weeks.

On the other hand, Winslow has not lived up to expectations - probably more the Browns fault than his...but if the Browns do make the switch to Brady Quinn...and Winslow becomes his favorite target, you could be in for a nice surprise...or not. But at this point I would hold on to Winslow. Jones is not going to help you that much down the road (well, maybe when they play the Rams he will, but other than that...no).

I went ahead and accepted it. The fact that I have Greg Olsen made Winslow expendable. Also, I see that an owner in my league just released Willis McGahee. Huh? I realize he has been kind of a disappointment, but I'll take him. I just dropped Maroney and picked him up. So now I have Ryan Grant, Julius Jones, DeAngelo Williams, and Willis McGahee. If two of those guys can't give me at least 18 points combined a week then I give up.
