CP had a huge game, but what's gonna hurt him is the fumble and the fact that the Rams pounded the boys, and that the titans are 6-0

True. Without Portis we lose this game I think but his fumble almost, for the second week in a row, had us giving an underwhelming opposition the chance to win the game. I voted for him for the Pro Bowl.

all things being equal Stephen Jackson should get it

160+yds w/ 3TDs>>>>>>>175+yds w/ 1TD & a fumble


Portis is still MVP of the league so far though

okay Portis is finally looking good again. It seems as though his offseason work load is paying dividends.

One thing I am really surprised about is that big run in the 4th where Santana threw that block on the outside edge-CP just walked out of bounds. I have to think in the years past he would have laid a shoulder and fought for a couple more yards.

What would you attribute this to? His maturation? Not wanting to get hurt a la last preseason? Was he tired?

Because he kicked the longest field goal to ever win a game in OT..


Hate to disagree with people here, but CP's is the least impressive of the 4.....People have 175 yard games every season.....
