View Full Version : Welp, Brees Didn't Do Himself Any Favors In the MVP Department...

He threw 3 INTs, with two of them being in the red zone...and one of those red zone INTs being returned for a touchdown. And he threw both of those red zone INTs when his team was behind by two scores (27-13), so those mistakes were HUGE. Not to mention his team has a losing record right now (4-5).

I think he dropped quite a bit in the MVP voting race...

At this point the Saint aren't even a .500 team. Unless their record starts to improve I'm not sure why he should be considered anyway.

Warner will get more consideration, as will Adrian Peterson if the Vikings win a few more games...

I think both should....as long as the Cardinals/Vikings keep winning. And that goes for Portis to. If the Redskins don't start playing better the MVP talk associated with Portis are going to be a distant memory.

If Portis can have a big day against the Cowboys the heat will heat up again.
