I suspect Johnson's not too hurt. The Caps were already up 3-1 when they took him out. Probably just didn't want to risk anything.

Awesome, awesome game. Can't believe the 1st line was +4, they were involved in the every single goal, including the one Carolina scored, I believe.

My wife and I are going to have to look into attending an upcoming Saturday night home game; will be our first of the season.

great game last night, PK was on point finally, Staal shouldv'e had atleast a hat trick last night..way to step up Jose after Johnson went out...

What's the chances of us having to 50 goal scorers this year????:)

I watched it. Man, Staal should have had at least 2 goals. The Carolina announcers kept saying he's in a mental slump. Great win. Finally I watched a game in cruise control. Let's sweep NJ before heading the California.

I don't know about two 50 goal scorers but two 40 is very possible.
