Ok, Cam Cameron has proved he can be a GREAT offensive coordinator. We see what he has done with two young QB's. Obviously he had a horrible stint with the Dolphins as HC. But to be honest, that team was horrible to begin with. I find it impossible to believe he won't get another shot at an HC position especially with potentialy strong offenses like Kansas City, Detroit, Clevand, Cincinatti, and Oakland likely seeing new HC's. All he needs is a good defense like Baltimore.

Do you think he gets an HC position this year?

EDIT: Meant for ATN...please move

Rex Ryan goes first for an open HC position, if anyone does from the Ravens coaching staff.

Cameron still has the funk of that season on him. If he's still got a great offense 2-3 seasons down the road, then maybe.

Why hasn't Ryan been offered an HC by now?

Why hasn't Ryan been offered an HC by now? I was surprised when the Ravens didn't offer him the job.

I can only guess that he doesn't interview well. Maybe he requires exactly 312 blue M&Ms and a baby to eat in his dressing room before every game. :whoknows:

Would you hire him?

I sure wouldn't.

1-15 last year with the Dolphins and the players didn't think much of him.

The Dolphins this year are 8-5 and while they did bring in some players, it's not like the revamped the entire roster in a year.

Besides, I don't think too much of the Ravens offense anyway. Last night was a perfect example, their defense sets up and/or scores most of the points for them.

As has been mentioned, Ryan's the guy that folks should look at from the Ravens staff.
