My old comp died 2 months ago right, and i think there are CDs i need/want in the trays. It still gets power, i turn it on and the trays wont open.


Any way to get these bastages open?> LOL

1x CDrom/writer
1x DVDRom/writer

I had this happen with a car radio.

I just took out the radio from the car, plugged it into the wall, and blamo

Look for a little pin hole in front or back. Stick a paper clip in it.It should eject with or without power on.

But i dont have anything that small, oh wait....

Dude i used to install car audio, we used to take factory speakers customers didnt want , wire them up to a ungrounded plug, then plug them into the wall.. now that was BLAMO! :laugh: especially the smaller speakers.

still think its unicorn related problem

the unicorn's horn was evolved for the purpose of ejecting cds. press it into that hole and voile, you've got your CD.
