View Full Version : Michigan State to get pummeled?
China

I noticed on ESPN's Bowl Mania show that Jesse Palmer picked Georgia over Michigan State as his most confident bowl pick (i.e., lock) for all the bowl games and seems to think it is a mismatch. Georgia is currently favored by 7.5 points.
Georgia was a preseason #1 and played a disappointing season but is still a strong team in a strong conference. Michigan State beat the teams they should have but still lost to the big dogs in the Big 10 (Ohio State and Penn State).
As an MSU alum, I will be pulling for my alma mater, although I am reluctantly forced to agree that they are overmatched. I can only hope that Georgia comes out flat and Jevon Ringer runs wild. If MSU gets behind and is forced to rely on Hoyer it could get ugly, as he's not a very good QB.
Any opinions?

The SEC is not a strong conference. They have one excellent team, one good team, one mediocre team, and a bunch of garbage. IMO anyway. I'm interested to see how the SEC fares in the bowls. Although, the Big Ten a heaping pile of **** too, so who knows.

ahh China, so it looks like we are rivals for this game. ;)
I don't think the spread should be that high. I'm scared about this game because UGA's run D was shaky when they were up against really good RB's. Ringer is a really good RB, so I'm afraid he could have a really strong game. However, I think MSU's defense will give up plenty to Georgia as well.
GO JAWJA! :)

Alabama and Florida?
LSU smashed a ACC team and they suck balls.
Georgia is a very good team, just not against Florida..heh

Georgia is a very good team, just not against Florida..heh Yeah LSU came to play against GT. I was shocked by that. GT is better than how they played in that game.
ACC is crapping all over the place in these bowl games though.
BC choked against Vandy too.
I'm scared at VT representing the ACC in the Orange Bowl.

And my fears away.
At least Tech won the Orange Bowl for the ACC.
