Of course he is. There is the link to read the time article, but what i found more interesting were these "never before seen pictures" of barack obama back as a freshman in college in L.A. in 1980

Straw hat--- Straw polls...

He's been planning his run for a looong time.

I think he probably is man of the year. He certainly got everyone's attention. Had McCain won it probably would have been Palin.

Who else would it have been?

Honestly, I didn't support him, but what he has already done for this country, as far as race is concerned is epic.

I'm surprised we haven't had a right-winger in this thread yet asking whether or not that's tobacco that he's smoking.

Eh he's 18

Quite honestly, I dont really care if he was smoking the magic tobbaco in the White House today

Would probably help the POTUS out a bit to have some reefer from time to time

I wonder whether or not that's tobacco that he's smoking.

Might not be... he said in his books that he used to smoke marijuana and do cocaine, so it's not like it's any secret.

Obama didn't fix racism in America.
He was the focal point that proved America fixed racism in America.

to be the 1st black- above sec state is person of the year material.
Now its not if a women or black person, its how many... much better.

Obama didn't fix racism in America.
He was the focal point that proved America is making steps to fix racism in America.

to be the 1st black- above sec state is person of the year material.
Now its not if a women or black person, its how many... much better.

Fixed that for you.

As long as there are different races racism will never be "fixed".
